How can Just Keep Moving help?
No matter if you were recently diagnosed or diagnosed years ago, it's never too late to start becoming active. No matter your age it's never too late to start becoming active. Nurse Michele comes to your home and creates a structured customized exercise plan to get you started on increasing your activity and managing your health through exercise. Your medical doctor is involved from the very first step. In fact in order to start a Medical Exercise program you need a medical clearance note from a health professional (ie...your Doctor/Physical Therapist/Chiropractor/Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner).
