​Sooo I don’t know about you, but it’s getting cooler here in the NY area. We are officially in fall and nature is showing itself. This will be my second cold season while I’m on my healthy living journey of increased activity. Last winter my trainer G-Strong (found him on Facebook) held virtual sessions with me a couple days a week to keep me moving (see what I did there...lol). This winter I will be attending classes at my gym so I’m covered. BUT I know and have already noticed that once the weather starts to get cooler many people don’t have the motivation anymore to continue exercising or being active. Everything is all good when it’s warm outside so the parks are full and the people are walking in their neighborhood, but once that cooler air hits things shift and suddenly stop. So this post is here to remind us that increased activity and exercise shouldn’t just stop because the weather is colder. Our health issues don’t stop because it’s colder. The weight logged on the scale doesn’t just go down because it’s colder. We have to put in the work. My husband sent me away

Hey everyone! Can we chat? In a recent post I spoke about how I thought I may have been going through a “midlife crisis” earlier this summer just before my 39th birthday. Lawdhavusmercy!
